The Site Health Checker runs a full Google Lighthouse audit against any public URL, plus a live crawl of the HTML. It returns four category scores (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO), real Core Web Vitals from Chrome users when available, and a prioritised list of things to fix. Why we removed the old Traffic Checker
Traffic estimates from Ahrefs, Semrush, and SimilarWeb are built on panel data, clickstream data, and paid data-sharing agreements that cost millions of dollars a year to maintain. There is no free API that can produce those numbers honestly. Rather than serve you invented figures dressed up as estimates, we rebuilt this tool around real measurements that you can actually act on.
What you get
Enter any URL. We run Google PageSpeed Insights against it (the same engine Google uses for Core Web Vitals in Search Console) and simultaneously crawl the page for meta tags, structured data, headings, images, and indexability signals. The report tells you exactly what is working and what to fix, ranked by impact.
When to use it
Want real traffic numbers?
For your own site, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 are the source of truth. For competitor traffic, Ahrefs and Semrush estimates are the industry standard. We use all of the above as part of paid client engagements. Book a call if you want us to run those on your domain.

Every measurement in this tool is real. Category scores and Core Web Vitals come from Google PageSpeed Insights (which uses Lighthouse plus the Chrome UX Report). On-page signals (meta tags, structured data, headings, images) come from a live server-side crawl of the URL you enter.
Three metrics Google uses as ranking signals: LCP (loading), INP (responsiveness), CLS (visual stability). If enough Chrome users have visited the URL, the report shows real-user values from the Chrome UX Report. Otherwise it shows values from a lab test.
The old tool showed synthetic traffic estimates that were not honest, and there is no free API that would let us replace them with real numbers. Rather than mislead visitors, we redesigned the tool around measurements we can actually verify: PageSpeed scores, Core Web Vitals, and on-page hygiene.
Yes, any public URL that Google PageSpeed Insights can reach. Password-protected and localhost URLs will fail because Google cannot see them.
Results are cached per URL for 6 hours to respect PageSpeed quotas. Runs after that fetch fresh data. Rate limit is 15 audits per minute per IP.
No. We removed that feature because no free API produces trustworthy traffic estimates. For real competitor traffic data, an Ahrefs or Semrush subscription is the industry standard.
