What we do

A brand book is a decision-making tool, not a museum piece.

Most brand guidelines are 80-page PDFs no one opens. We build guidelines around the way teams actually work: quick to find the rule, easy to copy the asset, honest about the exceptions. Delivered as a properly-designed PDF and a lightweight web version teams can bookmark.

FAQs

Brand Guidelines, answered

Do we need brand guidelines if we already have a logo and colours?+

If more than one person is producing brand assets, or if you use external agencies, freelancers, or franchisees, then yes. Guidelines are what let a brand stay recognisable as it scales, without a phone call to the design team every time.

How long should brand guidelines be?+

Long enough to answer the questions that come up, short enough to actually get used. Most of our guidelines are 40 to 60 pages of PDF, plus a web version. We are ruthless about cutting decorative pages.

Do you deliver both PDF and web guidelines?+

Yes. PDF for archival, print, and sending to partners. A lightweight web version (Notion, custom microsite, or Frontify) for internal team use, since teams look things up on a browser, not by opening a 60-page PDF.

What is the pricing for a brand guidelines project?+

Standalone brand guidelines projects start at AED 12,000 for growth-stage brands. Full guidelines paired with identity design usually run AED 30,000 to 50,000 as part of a bigger engagement.

Can you build guidelines for an existing brand?+

Yes, this is a common project. We audit the existing brand, document what actually works, formalise the rules, and fix inconsistencies where the brand has drifted. No full rebrand required.
